Job summary

Ernest Gordon Recruitment is seeking a Quality Engineer with a background in laboratories or cleanrooms to develop and maintain the QMS within a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility. You will drive continuous improvement while ensuring compliance with ISO 9001/13485 and AS9100.

Training will be provided where needed to maximise impact. The role involves CAPA, 8D, and 5 Whys problem solving, in a fast-growing, high-end manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• Develop and maintain the QMS in a cleanroom/laboratory environment.
• Experience with ISO 9001/13485 and AS9100 is preferred, with training provided.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the QMS whilst driving continuous improvement.
• Remaining compliant to ISO 9001, ISO 13485, and AS9100, with training given.
• Using CAPA, 8D's, 5 Whys.
• Monday to Thursday, 8:30am - 5pm, finish at 3:30pm on Friday.

Are you a Quality Engineer from a background in laboratories or cleanrooms, looking for a technically challenging and exciting new role, where you can implement your quality experience to drive positive change within a rapidly growing and profitable manufacturer?

In this role you will be helping to maintain and develop the QMS in a high-end cleanroom environment, supported by a team of 6. You will ensure compliance with ISO 9001/13485, along with AS9100, with training given if needed.

Founded nearly 40 years ago, this manufacturer supplies their specialist products into industries such as aerospace, automotive, and medical, with trusted clients across the globe. They have experienced unprecedented growth over recent years and have a clear direction for the future with a new site opened recently.
