A leading manufacturer in the power conversion industry is seeking a Quality Engineer II for its Littlehampton facility. The ideal candidate will support Quality Manager initiatives, ensure compliance with ISO 9001, and analyze data for continuous improvement in manufacturing processes. With a focus on enhancing product quality and facilitating NPI projects, this role requires a strong background in quality control within a manufacturing environment and a BS in Mechanical or Electronic Engineering.

POSITION SUMMARY
Supports the Quality Manager to identify opportunities for improvement to manufacturing and business processes through application of audits and data analysis. Supports the NPI projects working in the capacity of Supplier Quality Engineer (SQE) & Quality Engineer for the NPI project team. Works cross functionally to facilitate root cause investigations and ensure effective resolution of issues. Ensures compliance with ISO 9001, product certifications, internal procedures, and customer requirements. Compiles Failure Analysis reports in response to product failures and returns.
