Job Description

Responsibilities include:

  • Ensure compliance with regulations and industry standards by overseeing, maintaining, and improving ISO AS9100D/9001:2015 quality management systems and processes.
  • Manage and oversee all quality control, quality assurance, and quality inspection activities.
  • Verify the functionality and efficiency of policies and procedures.
  • Analyze data trends to identify improvement areas and develop strategies for product quality enhancement.
  • Conduct regular quality audits and inspections to ensure adherence to standards and procedures.
  • Lead investigations into product non-conformances, customer complaints, and other quality-related issues.
  • Develop and deliver training programs on quality management principles, practices, and IPC standards to employees.
  • Monitor and evaluate supplier performance for high-quality material and component delivery.
  • Provide senior management with monthly status reports on company quality metrics.

The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience in quality management within a manufacturing setting.
  • Extensive knowledge of quality systems and industry best practices.
  • Skills in quality inspection techniques, including SPC methods.
  • Strong data analysis skills, trend identification, and corrective action implementation.
  • Experience with QA/QC program implementation.
  • Strong project management skills, capable of leading cross-functional teams and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
