Qualifications

• Experience in composites or aerospace quality engineering.
• Proven track record in NCR handling, audits and CAPA.
• Skilled with 8D problem solving and root cause analysis.

Responsibilities

• Create NCRs, conduct internal and external audits using FAIRs and 8D processes.
• Perform root cause analysis, implement CAPA, drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with engineers and external stakeholders; liaise with clients.
• Work hours Mon-Fri 8:00-16:30 with some flexibility.
