Energy Jobline CVL is seeking a STA/Quality Engineer to join a growing automotive-focused team in the Daventry area. The role centers on supporting quality issues across internal and supplier networks, applying robust root cause analysis and process audits to maintain compliance with TS16949/ISO9001 and related standards.

The ideal candidate will bring experience in QA, a solid academic background, Six Sigma skills, and practical APQP/PPAP exposure.

Qualifications

• Experience of working in Quality Assurance
• Good academic background
• Six Sigma skills
• APQP, PPAP & FEMA practical experience
• TS16949 & ISO9000 knowledge
• Understanding of ISO14001, OHSAS18001, ISO45001

Responsibilities

• Resolve quality issues with internal & external stakeholders
• Perform defect root cause analysis using the Global 8D process
• Audit BMS to TS16949/ISO9001, ISO14001, OHSAS18001 or ISO45001
• Assist with product and process audits
