Rise Technical Recruitment is seeking a hands-on Quality Engineer for an established automotive-manufacturing client in Burnley. You will lead quality activities across production and customer accounts, utilising core tools to drive improvements and ensure product conformance.

You will work with ISO9001 and IATF 16949 frameworks, interpret drawings, perform audits, and support 8D investigations. This role offers training, progression, and a clear path to senior engineering positions.

Qualifications

The Person:

• Quality Engineer with previous manufacturing or engineering experience
• Strong knowledge of ISO9001 and IATF 16949 quality management systems
• Experience with quality core tools such as SPC, MSA, PPAP, PFMEA, Control Plans, 8D and capability studies
• Able to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications
• Lives locally or willing to commute to Burnley
