Job summary

Trayport Limited is seeking a skilled Quality Engineer to join our team responsible for ensuring high quality software across our modern mobile and web trading applications. You will collaborate with developers, product owners, and DevOps to embed quality into requirements, architecture, and deployment pipelines.

We focus on shift-left/right testing, automation, and data-driven improvements using AI to optimise processes.

Qualifications

• Strong background in software quality and exploratory testing.
• Experience designing tests for complex architectures and distributed systems.
• Ability to contribute to automation, CI/CD and production observability.

Responsibilities

• Shift-left and drive a Quality-by-Design culture through requirements analysis and reviews.
• Design risk-based test strategies and perform session-based exploratory testing.
• Contribute to automation to maintain quality coverage.
• Collaborate with DevOps/Engineering to integrate quality gates into CI/CD.
• Help modernize test environments to mirror production.
