Morson Human Resources Limited is seeking a Quality Engineer in West Yorkshire to support manufacturing operations on a land defence programme. You will help ensure Right First Time delivery while maintaining customer, regulatory and internal quality requirements.

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Quality Engineer to join a well-established engineering and defence manufacturer based in West Yorkshire.
Working as part of an experienced Quality team, youll play a key role in supporting the manufacture of highly engineered products used on critical defence programmes. Youll work closely with Production, Engineering and Supply Chain teams to ensure quality standards are maintained, customer requirements are met and continuous improvement is embedded throughout the manufacturing process.

As a Quality Engineer youll be responsible for supporting quality activities across manufacturing operations, ensuring products are delivered Right First Time whilst maintaining compliance with customer, regulatory and internal quality requirements.

Were looking for someone with experience within a manufacturing or engineering environment who enjoys solving technical problems and improving manufacturing quality.
Ideally youll have experience of:
Experience within defence, aerospace, automotive, heavy engineering or other highly regulated manufacturing sectors would be advantageous but is not essential.
