This role is all about ensuring the quality of the products leaving our factory by building strong processes and procedures, problem solving, and driving improvement.

You will work to maintain the appropriate controls and processes in place with our manufacturing partners, and make sure products follow the required standards. You will have the chance to define improvements along the way, highlighting trends in non-conformance and other data sources to instigate improvements in our products and processes.

Sound exciting? We believe so!

What will you be doing?
  • Leading the review, investigation, and corrective actions for any issues with components, materials, sub-assemblies, and finished products.
  • Collaborating with local teams to implement continuous quality improvement programs, which may include designing experiments to control process variables, improving quality systems, and installing process controls.
  • Supporting the introduction of new products into the factory by developing inspection plans and managing documentation.
  • Participating in the creation, approval, and review of validation studies, capability studies, and FMEA/Hazard analyses.
  • Analysing returned products, implementing corrective actions to improve product quality, and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Contributing to continuous improvement activities, including updating local procedural requirements.
What will you need to be successful?

Our successful candidate will be educated to degree level in a quality, science, engineering or a business management based field, or have equivalent work experience in Quality Engineering.
