Job Description

We are looking for a senior Quality Engineer to support an aerospace MRO environment.

Duties include:

  • Investigating customer queries and guiding corrective actions
  • Ensuring compliance with national and international regulations
  • Driving continuous improvement through performance data analysis and SMS objectives

Essential Responsibilities

Strategic

  • Owning a Zero-Defect Culture and proactive quality initiatives in MRO operations
  • Collaborating with senior leadership on improvement priorities
  • Supporting Lean transformation and quality tools like Problem Solving and SMS
  • Partnering with customer teams to enhance quality and customer experience
  • Advancing quality tool maturity in MRO

Organizational

  • Reporting to site and global quality leaders on audit programs via QMS and SMS
  • Leading a team of quality professionals
  • Coaching and mentoring across teams globally

Qualifications / Requirements

  • Engineering or technical degree, aircraft technician, or maintenance engineer qualification
  • Experience in aerospace, maintenance, engineering, or manufacturing
  • Knowledge of Part 145, MOE, and safety management systems
  • Proficiency in safety training, EWIS, and managing safety-related issues
  • Understanding of NAA regulatory environments (CAA/EASA/FAA)
  • Leadership experience and ability to work collaboratively
