Quality Engineer - Progression Into Quality Manager

Salary: £34,000 - £45,000 + Training + Benefits + Development

Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 37.5 hours

Are you a Quality Engineer seeking a clear progression path to a managerial role within 2 years? Do you want to develop your career in a growing company?

This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established team with high staff retention. You will have one-to-one mentoring sessions with the Director to support your career development.

Our client is a leading contract manufacturer in the area, offering a role with varied daily responsibilities.

Initially, you will be trained on their processes and then involved in managing and enhancing their already exceptional quality standards.
