We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance service provider to support the creation of the Business Management System (BMS) and its associated processes.

We are looking for a Contractor Resource who can deliver a scope of work with the following key deliverables:

• Immediate access to specialized skills and experience in Quality Assurance and the establishment of our Business Management System.
• An additional Quality Assurance resource within the quality team to support adherence to regulatory, legislative, and certification requirements.
• Flexible, cost-effective resourcing aligned with the temporary nature of the role.

The service provider is required to provide full-time support (40 hours) across 5 days per week. The Contractor will work autonomously to deliver the scope of work, with the Quality Manager acting as the primary business contact, responsible for managing the contract and ensuring deliverables are met.

Key responsibilities include:

1. Supporting Offshore Wind colleagues in establishing the Offshore Wind Business Management System (BMS) by:

• Mapping current business processes from cradle to grave.
• Identifying opportunities for process improvement.
• Defining inputs and outputs of each subprocess to strengthen the stage gate methodology.
• Creating procedures to document business processes.

Ensuring all regulatory, legislative, certification, verification, and classification requirements, as well as business needs, are met.

Establishing effective relationships and working cooperatively with colleagues to meet key milestones.

Ensuring understanding and adherence to the business management system and ISO certification standards within the Offshore Wind team.

As an independent supplier, the contractor will not manage employees or be involved in general management activities of the business.
