Job summary

Owen Daniels is recruiting an experienced Quality Engineer to join a leading Aerospace business in Stratford-upon-Avon. You will focus on supplier performance and will be involved across APQP, PPAP, 8D, root cause analysis, 5 Why, PFMEA, Control Plans and supplier development.

You’ll work to meet customer and internal quality requirements, lead problem solving, and support new product introductions with a structured approach to quality improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience with APQP/PPAP processes.
• Strong problem-solving using 8D methodology.
• Proficient in root cause analysis.
• Experience PFMEA and control plans.
• Experience with supplier audits and supplier development.
• Experience with New Product Introduction (NPI).
• Ability to meet customer and internal quality requirements.

Responsibilities

• Monitor supplier performance and drive quality improvements across the supply base.
• Lead APQP/PPAP activities and PFMEA development to ensure robust product readiness.
• Support customer and internal quality requirements, ensuring timely problem resolution and containment.
