What You Will Do:

  • Assist in maintaining and developing continuous product quality improvement by generating, controlling, monitoring, reporting, and reviewing quality data.
  • Lead Root Cause Analysis (RCA) teams in identifying and resolving quality issues using tools such as 5 whys, 8D, and corrective action tracking tools.
  • Maintain communication of internal and external rejects to stakeholders, implementing process controls.
  • Conduct scrap and customer return reviews, ensuring all quality documents such as quality alerts and SOPs are up to date.
  • Audit processes across the business to ensure compliance with established processes and standards.
  • Support the Quality Manager in QMS compliance, certification processes, and driving targeted improvement to eliminate non-conformances.

What You Will Bring:

  • Knowledge and experience of quality systems and standards, adopting analytical methods to maintain and improve quality performance.
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively at all levels within the business.
  • Experience with Lean / Root cause analysis projects is advantageous.
  • Awareness of IATF 16949 / ISO 9001 standards.
