Job summary

Novanta is seeking a Quality Engineer in Stockport, offering hybrid working based at Novanta's Laser Technologies Centre of Excellence. The role focuses on reliability validation, product qualification, and data-driven improvements to ensure high-quality outcomes across manufacturing and customer projects.

You will lead validation activities, perform accelerated life testing, and drive RCAs to influence future product designs.

Qualifications

• Experience in reliability engineering and product validation.
• Proven ability to perform failure analysis and root-cause investigations.
• Strong statistical analysis skills and data-driven mindset.
• Familiarity with manufacturing environments and NPI transfers.
• Experience with data analytics tools (Minitab, JMP, Power BI or Excel).
