Job summary

Fawkes & Reece London is seeking a Quality Engineer to support Bristol/Friston area projects. You will implement and monitor quality processes across live highways and infrastructure schemes, ensuring compliance with client specifications and industry standards.

You will drive quality assurance, manage ITPs and document control, carry out audits and non-conformance investigations, and collaborate with delivery teams and clients to achieve handover-ready outcomes.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Quality Engineer in civil/highways/infrastructure.
• Strong QA/QC knowledge and incident investigation.
• Experience auditing, inspections, and non-conformance procedures.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems.
• Ability to interpret drawings, specifications and technical documentation.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Full UK Driving Licence.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and maintain project quality plans and inspection regimes.

The Role

Working closely with project delivery teams, you'll be responsible for implementing and monitoring quality processes across multiple live projects, ensuring all works are carried out in accordance with client specifications, industry standards and company procedures.

You will play a key role in driving quality assurance, continuous improvement and compliance across a diverse portfolio of highways and infrastructure projects.
