Job summary

Allscreens Nationwide Ltd in Margate is seeking a proactive Quality Engineer to join our established engineering environment. You will report to the Quality Manager, supporting quality systems, regulatory compliance, audits, non-conformance management and continuous improvement.

The ideal candidate has experience in a regulated aerospace, aviation, MRO, manufacturing or engineering environment with knowledge of AS9100/AS9110, internal auditing, root cause analysis and strong problem-solving

Qualifications

• Experience in a regulated aerospace, aviation, MRO, manufacturing or engineering environment.
• Knowledge of AS9100 and/or AS9110.
• Internal auditing and auditor training experience.
• Experience with root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical and organisational skills.
• Good communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Able to manage multiple priorities and work effectively across teams.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and support quality approvals including AS9100, AS9110 and EASA Part 145.
• Support and conduct internal, supplier, customer and third-party audits.
• Manage non-conformances and lead root cause investigations and corrective actions.
• Drive continuous improvement across quality, compliance and efficiency.
• Maintain calibration, authorisation and training systems.
• Develop and maintain quality procedures, work instructions and documentation.
• Support EN4179 and NDT requirements.
• Deliver quality and regulatory training where required.
• Work closely with engineering and production teams to resolve quality issues.
• Identify appropriate opportunities to use AI to improve productivity and quality.
