At CMS2, we specialise in designing and manufacturing atmospheric control systems for the defence industry. We are experts in enabling high-availability atmosphere management systems to generate breathable air for submariners, allowing boats to remain underwater for extended periods. Combining over sixty years of expertise with the latest technology and processes, we design, build, and support high-quality systems and solutions. CMS2 is part of the Science Group, an international science and technology consultancy and systems provider.
This Quality Engineer role is within our bespoke engineering solutions division, where we develop life-support systems, oxygen and carbon capture solutions, water purification, rugged electronics for harsh environments, and high-integrity equipment. You will work alongside the project team to advise and implement customer quality requirements, collaborate with manufacturing and supply chain teams to ensure quality flowdowns are followed, monitored, and controlled. Your role will also involve driving product and process non-conformance investigations, root cause analysis, concession management, and customer reporting.
