Position Overview

Reporting directly to the Senior Quality Engineer, our future Quality Engineer will play a key role in ensuring that manufacturing processes meet the highest quality standards. This position is critical to driving a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure that all manufacturing processes operate in compliance with established quality standards.
  • Manage and monitor Statistical Process Control (SPC) and Measurement System Analysis (MSA) within the production site.
  • Act as the primary quality point of contact for assigned programs, ensuring full adherence to customer and internal quality requirements.
  • Lead root cause analysis and implement effective corrective actions for both internal and external product non-conformities.
  • Promote a “right first time” mindset and support the development of a quality-driven culture across teams.
  • Provide regular updates and clear communication on program quality status to the senior quality leadership team.
Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong communication and coordination skills
  • Proficient in core tools specifically in measurement system analysis and statistical process control.
  • Good analytical skills.
  • Proficient in root cause analysis and problem-solving methodologies.
  • Worked within a manufacturing environment within a quality engineer role for at least 3 years.
  • Preferably Competent in quality tools: FMEA, PPAP, APQP
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Power point).
  • Preferably IATF internal auditing or understanding.
