Job description

Elevation Recruitment Group is exclusively partnering with a leading manufacturer in the Peak District, seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Quality Engineer to join their team on a 4 day working week!!

If you have experience in manufacturing quality control, are passionate about driving continuous improvement, and are familiar with ISO 9001 and Six Sigma, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and other industry standards
  2. Develop & implement quality control processes and inspections
  3. Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) & drive corrective actions (CAPA)
  4. Lead internal audits & support external customer/supplier audits
  5. Collaborate with engineering, production & suppliers to resolve issues
What We’re Looking For:
  1. Experience in manufacturing
  2. Strong problem-solving skills (8D, 5Why, Fishbone, etc.)
  3. Proficiency in statistical analysis (Minitab, Excel, etc.)
  4. Excellent communication & teamwork skills
