We are on the lookout for a proactive and methodical Quality Engineer to join our client's team and take ownership of quality control, process improvement, and customer feedback initiatives. Key Responsibilities

• Lead investigations for internal issues, supplier defects, and customer complaints

• Oversee procedures to ensure swift and high-quality customer service
• Perform quality inspections and use metrology tools where needed
• Support supplier qualification and auditing to ensure compliance with quality standards

Skills, Experience, and Training Requirements

• Strong background in manufacturing quality systems and process improvement
• At least 5 years of quality experience in a precision or high-tech engineering environment
• Skilled in using CI tools
• Organised and detail-focused, with a structured approach to troubleshooting and documentation
• Comfortable interpreting customer requirements and industry regulations
• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline
• OR HNC/ONC in Mechanical/Manufacturing Engineering
• Quality-specific qualifications are advantageous
