Job summary

Capgemini Engineering is seeking a Quality Engineer to provide on-site quality support for assessing, inspecting and resolving quarantined materials in the warehouse. You will identify non-conformances, raise NCRs, and coordinate defect resolution with suppliers and engineering teams to ensure timely disposition of materials for construction and commissioning activities.

Qualifications

• Experience in Quality Engineering, QA or Inspection within nuclear, power generation, construction, manufacturing or heavy industry.
• Strong NCR management, defect investigation and root cause analysis.
• Ability to perform physical inspections of mechanical and electrical equipment.
• Understanding of supplier quality processes and defect resolution.
• Experience reviewing technical documentation, manufacturing records and quality dossiers.
• Strong stakeholder management across warehouse, project, engineering and supplier organisations.
