Your roleThis opportunity is for a Non-Conformance Design Engineer within the Capgemini Engineering Design Engineering team, supporting the assessment and resolution of engineering non-conformances. You will develop technically robust dispositions, produce engineering reports, and work closely with specialists to ensure compliance with design requirements, procedures, and manufacturing best practices.• Assess non-conformances through Concessions, Deviation Permits, and Drawing Alteration Requests (DARs), providing clear technical justification and disposition recommendations.• Produce technical documentation, including assessment reports, while reviewing engineering drawings and performing calculations such as tolerancing and bolt checks.• Collaborate with non-conformance specialists and apply Design for Manufacture (DfM) principles to deliver practical, compliant engineering solutions.Your profileThis role is suited to an engineer with experience in aero or marine engine design and a strong understanding of complex propulsion systems and associated components.
