ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001 accreditations are already in place. A new MRP system is planned for deployment this year. The team is already making progress. What they need now is someone to bring balance. The right Quality Engineer to help bridge the gap in the middle.
You’ll sit between the Quality Manager and the Senior Quality Inspector. A calm presence on the shop floor. A link between engineering, goods-in, production and purchasing.
You’ll check drawings and certs. Process NCRs. Spot trends and dig into root causes. And when the Quality Manager is pulled into audits or project work, you’ll step up and keep things moving. As Quality Engineer, you’ll bring clarity to complexity and structure to systems still being shaped. Not just fixing problems but helping to prevent them from happening in the first place.
