Company Description

There has never been a better time to join United Living Infrastructure Services as we build a team to deliver major infrastructure construction projects across the UK supporting the government's Net Zero transition targets.

As a subsidiary of United Living Group, United Living Infrastructure Services provides design, construction, commissioning, and maintenance services for the UK's critical energy and water infrastructure.

We work in partnership with our clients, which are the UK’s largest network owners and operators, on highly complex projects to deliver resilient infrastructure that meets the needs of local communities and national interests.

Our key strength is our ability to deliver projects nationally while engaging with local communities through employing locally representative personnel, training, and developing them to take pride and responsibility in their work, and ensuring high performance across projects.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop, implement, and manage the Project Quality Plan (PQP) across all project phases, ensuring compliance with client, statutory, and ISO standards.
  2. Review and approve Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs) from contractors and subcontractors for pipeline and infrastructure works, including AGIs, BVSs, trenchless crossings.
  3. Conduct regular site technical inspections and plan and conduct internal and external audits across fabrication, welding, mechanical, and civils activities, including trenchless and open-cut pipeline sections.
  4. Lead Non-Conformance Report (NCR) management: raise, investigate, track, and verify closure with root cause analysis.
  5. Interface with design, construction, and commissioning teams to ensure quality is embedded through design verification, construction monitoring, and system handover.
  6. Coordinate materials testing and third-party inspections, especially for pipe materials, welds, coatings, and civil foundations.
  7. Manage quality records and ensure traceability for weld maps, pressure testing, coating integrity, and mechanical completions.
  8. Support hydrostatic testing and commissioning activities, including punch-list development and performance monitoring.
  9. Participate in lessons learned and continuous improvement initiatives throughout project delivery.
