Dropp.UK, an established aerospace engineering and manufacturing company, is seeking an experienced Quality Engineer or Manufacturing Engineer to join the team in Dudley.
You will drive continual improvement, investigate non-conformances, coordinate with customers and the supply chain, and maintain high quality standards across the business. The role includes audits, PPAPs, FAIRs, and KPI monitoring to ensure on-time delivery of components.
Pay: £27,500.00 - 52,500.00 per year (Depending On Experience)

Location: Dudley. Easily commutable from Halesowen, Brierley Hill, Stourbridge, Kingswinford, Tipton, Walsall and Wolverhampton.

Due to continued growth, an excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Quality Engineer / Manufacturing Engineer to join the team.
As a Quality Engineer, you will work closely with internal and external stakeholders, customers and the supply chain to drive continual improvement, investigate non-conformances and monitor quality performance across the business. You will play a key role in maintaining high-quality standards while ensuring customer requirements are consistently met.
The ideal candidate will be an experienced Quality Engineer or Manufacturing Engineer with a strong understanding of quality processes within a manufacturing environment.
An Internal Auditor qualification would be advantageous.
You must also be confident communicating with customers at all levels and able to work effectively across a busy manufacturing environment.
