The Role

This position focuses on improving quality systems and driving projects rather than concentrating solely on routine inspection activities. You will support audits, help maintain and improve quality processes, and work with internal teams to address issues and prevent recurrence. It is suited to a quality professional who enjoys investigating problems, improving standards and working collaboratively to deliver measurable improvements.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a quality engineering or similar manufacturing quality role.
• Must have full right to work in the UK without the need for sponsorship now or in the future.
• Working knowledge of ISO 9001 and experience supporting or conducting audits.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to investigate issues and implement corrective actions.
• Experience managing quality improvement projects and working with cross-functional teams.
• Aerospace or other highly regulated manufacturing experience would be advantageous.

• Salary of up to £40,000
