Overview

Harvey Nash are delighted to be recruiting for a cutting-edge AI security tech company revolutionising aviation safety. We're looking for a Senior Tester/QA Engineer to lead their QA efforts across global deployments. This is a high-impact, hands-on role where you'll design and execute test strategies for AI/ML systems in regulated environments.

While the company can offer some hybrid working there will be times during roll outs you will be expected on site 5 days per week. Please only apply if you can commit to this regularly.

What You’ll Do

• Lead end-to-end test planning, automation, and execution across internal and external stakeholders.
• Validate AI/ML models, hardware/software pipelines, and system performance.
• Build scalable test infrastructure and integrate with CI/CD and DevSecOps workflows.
• Conduct global on-site testing and regulatory demonstrations.

What You’ll Bring

• Strong background in QA/Test Engineering with automation expertise (Python, Pytest, etc.).
• Experience with Linux, Kubernetes, cloud (AWS), and large-scale data testing.
• Familiarity with AI/ML validation and performance profiling.
• A proactive, structured approach and willingness to travel internationally occasionally.

This role is offering a salary of up to £120,000 + bonus.
