Elevation Recruitment Group are exclusively partnered with a leading manufacturer in Castleton, committed to delivering high-quality products that meet the highest standards. We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Quality Engineer to join our team and drive continuous improvement in our quality processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Ensure compliance with AS9100, ISO 9001, and other industry standards.
  2. Develop and implement quality control processes and inspection procedures.
  3. Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).
  4. Conduct internal audits and support external customer/supplier audits.
  5. Analyze quality data and drive improvements using tools like FMEA, SPC, and Six Sigma methodologies.
  6. Collaborate with engineering, production, and suppliers to resolve quality issues.
  7. Train staff on quality standards, procedures, and best practices.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
  2. Experience in a manufacturing environment (preferably in aerospace, automotive, or electronics industries).
  3. Knowledge of quality management systems (QMS) and lean manufacturing principles.
  4. Strong skills in problem-solving tools (8D, 5Why, Fishbone, etc.).
  5. Proficiency in statistical analysis software (Minitab, Excel, etc.).
  6. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
