Overview

Quality Engineer<br>My client who work within the manufacturing sector is seeking a Quality Engineer to join their company on a permanent basis. This is a great opportunity for someone with the right skill set and passion to join a fantastic team.

Key Details
  • Quality Engineer
  • Monday to Friday - 9am to 5pm or 8am to 4pm.
  • Salary range £35,000 - £40,000.
  • Extensive benefits package.
Duties and Experience
  • Key position which is responsible for monitoring, operating, driving compliance too, and reporting on the effectiveness of the Quality Management System (QMS).
  • Writing procedures and processes to support the QMS development, participating in audits, championing, and providing training in the correct use of the QMS, analysing voice of the customer data and providing appropriate feedback.
  • Maintenance and control of all quality system documentation.
  • Generation of appropriate and accurate complaint responses within defined timeframes.
  • Collation of customer opinions and feedback using a multichannel approach - social media, online product reviews etc.
  • Carry out Internal Audits of the QMS.
  • Manage QMS change control and participate in Product Specification Change control.
  • Previous experience within a Quality Control/Assurance role is essential.
  • Experience of retailer and branded customer standards, SEDEX, FSC/PEFC requirements desired.
  • Excellent knowledge of GMP's and driving site compliance.
  • Excellent knowledge of the latest versions of ISO and BRCG's standards.
