We're Hiring: Quality Engineer – Join Our Growing Team in Alness!

Are you a hands-on Quality Engineer with a passion for continuous improvement and problem-solving? Do you thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and want to be part of a high-growth global business? If so, we want to hear from you!

The Opportunity:

We’re looking for an adaptable Quality Engineer to join our energetic and growing team at our Alness facility. In this role, you’ll play a key part in improving products, processes, and quality systems, conducting root cause analysis, and driving continuous improvement.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  1. Applying Lean Six Sigma methodologies to improve quality and define process capabilities.
  2. Leading root cause analysis & corrective action (CAPA) to resolve product and process issues.
  3. Managing customer complaints & supplier quality issues, ensuring effective resolutions.
  4. Assisting in ISO 9001 compliance, internal audits, and regulatory documentation.
  5. Supporting New Product Introduction (NPI) and driving quality-focused projects.

What We’re Looking For:

  1. 5+ years’ experience in a manufacturing environment.
  2. Strong understanding of ISO 9001 or similar quality standards.
  3. Lean Six Sigma experience (Green Belt or higher).
  4. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  5. Effective communicator with both internal teams and external stakeholders.
  6. Proficiency in Minitab and MS Office (desirable).
