Job summary

Fractile Ltd. in the UK is seeking a Senior Quality Lead to own the quality strategy across supplier, product, software and systems quality. You will build and lead a quality team, establish robust processes, and report quality performance to the executive team.

Collaborating with engineering leaders, you will drive QA excellence across NPI, product lifecycle, and supplier audits, ensuring compliance with RoHS/CE and ISO 9001 standards, while traveling internationally for audits and reviews.

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading quality in semiconductors or electronics hardware.
• Direct experience managing quality through outsourced manufacturing: foundries, OSATs, test houses or contract manufacturers.
• Hands-on ISO 9001, building or running a certified QMS.
• Knowledge of semiconductor qualification and reliability (JEDEC) and failure analysis.
• Experience with customer quality escalations and audits.

Responsibilities

• Define and deliver the company quality strategy, policy and objectives, aligned to the product roadmap and growth plan.
• Build, lead and develop a quality team covering supplier, product, reliability, software and systems quality.
• Own quality across the supply chain: wafer foundry, assembly, packaging, test and contract manufacturers.
• Lead supplier selection, qualification, audits and ongoing performance management.
• Define and report quality performance to the executive team.
• Establish release criteria, test coverage, defect management and regression processes aligned with CI/CD.
• Support responsible AI and AI management practice including ISO/IEC 42001 awareness.
