Job summary

Impact Futures Group is seeking a Director of Quality for the Apprenticeships & Training sector. You will lead Quality Assurance, Teaching, Learning and Assessment, and Learner Experience, reporting to the COO, and drive inspection readiness and continuous improvement to deliver exceptional learner outcomes.

You will shape strategy, develop teams, and ensure compliant, high-quality delivery across provision while partnering with external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience of driving quality improvements within education, training or apprenticeship settings.
• Strong knowledge of Ofsted Education Inspection Framework and funding/regulatory requirements.
• Experience observing teaching, learning and assessment and coaching for performance improvement.
• Excellent people management, mentoring and influencing skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead our quality strategy and drive continuous improvement with measurable outcomes.
• Build inspection readiness and work toward Ofsted Outstanding.
• Champion teaching, learning and assessment across provision.
• Lead and develop multi-functional teams and embed accountability.
• Oversee internal quality assurance activities, audits and quality controls.
• Coordinate SAR and Quality Improvement Plans using performance data.
