Bath College seeks a Director of Quality to lead its quality improvement and assurance framework across all funding streams at its Dual Campus. You will be a member of the Corporate Leadership Group, setting strategic direction and driving a culture of continuous improvement for learners and apprentices.

The role focuses on readiness for inspection, enhancing teaching and learning, and delivering high-quality educational outcomes at Bath College's campuses.

Qualifications

• Degree level or equivalent in a relevant field.
• Qualified teacher training (Cert.Ed./PGCE or equivalent).
• Minimum 3 years in teaching/training roles.
• Minimum 3 years in quality/improvement roles.

Responsibilities

• Lead the college's quality improvement and assurance framework.
• Ensure readiness for inspections and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with curriculum teams to drive continuous improvement.
• Provide strategic leadership as a Corporate Leadership Group member.
• Shape quality cycles across all funding streams for learners.
