Job Description:

Morson is working with one of the UK's leading Defence Manufacturers to recruit a Quality Development Manager.

Suitable candidates will be SC cleared or eligible for this level of clearance due to the sensitive nature of the work.

The role is based in Stevenage or Bolton, with work from Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities:
  • Guide, coach, and support the implementation of improvement projects across the Group.
  • Implement Quality models and techniques to improve efficiency, lead-time, error reduction, and costs.
  • Enhance the performance of Quality in Manufacturing, Engineering, and Programmes across all NatCos.
  • Provide guidance for multifunctional and pan-NatCo improvement initiatives to achieve Operational Excellence.
  • Train and coach teams on improvement tools and techniques.
  • Act as a subject matter expert in Business Improvement tools and techniques.
  • Drive the deployment of performance improvement initiatives to foster a culture of Continuous Improvement across all NatCos.
Experience:

This role requires travel across the UK and internationally.
