Job summary

McLaren Automotive Ltd's Quality Analysis team is seeking a data-driven professional to turn manufacturing and quality data into insights that improve product quality and process performance. You will develop dashboards and analytics solutions, applying AI and predictive techniques, collaborating with Quality, Manufacturing, Metrology and Digital functions.

The role offers opportunities to influence strategic decisions and contribute to continuous improvement in a cutting-edge automotive

Qualifications

  • Experience in quality, manufacturing, engineering or data analytics within a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, supported by knowledge of statistical methods and continuous improvement tools.
  • Hands-on experience with data analysis, visualisation and reporting tools such as Python, SQL, Power BI, Tableau or similar platforms.
  • Six Sigma capability and a passion for using data to drive measurable improvements.
  • A curious and innovative mindset, with enthusiasm for new technologies, AI and continuous learning.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders across Quality, Engineering, Manufacturing and IT to deliver scalable solutions that drive continuous improvement.

Join McLaren Automotive's Quality Analysis team and play a key role in shaping how data, analytics and AI drive quality performance across the McLaren Production Centre. You'll work alongside experts across Quality, Manufacturing, Metrology and Digital functions to solve complex challenges, improve processes and influence strategic decision-making.
