Job Description
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives to ensure resolution.
- Maintain customer satisfaction by providing product and service information and resolving product and service problems.
- Perform quality assurance checks to ensure products meet company standards.
- Manage and process customer orders in a timely and professional manner.
- Contribute to team efforts in achieving customer service targets.
- Document customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments.
- Continually improve customer service experience, create engaged customers and facilitate organic growth.
- Work with customer service manager to ensure proper customer service is being delivered.

A successful Quality & Customer Care Executive should have:
