  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives to ensure resolution.
  • Maintain customer satisfaction by providing product and service information and resolving product and service problems.
  • Perform quality assurance checks to ensure products meet company standards.
  • Manage and process customer orders in a timely and professional manner.
  • Contribute to team efforts in achieving customer service targets.
  • Document customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments.
  • Continually improve customer service experience, create engaged customers and facilitate organic growth.
  • Work with customer service manager to ensure proper customer service is being delivered.
