Hours Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 4:00pm

As we grow, we’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Account Executive to support our customer base and ensure that our products meet the highest standards. We are working towards operating to ISO 9001 standards and are dedicated to maintaining the highest levels of quality across all aspects of production.

Role Overview

The Quality & Customer Account Coordinator will manage client accounts from sampling to order placement through to delivery, ensuring clear communication, accurate order handling, and exceptional service throughout. The role also includes oversight of Quality Control checks working to ISO 9001 standards to ensure products meet customer expectations and internal quality standards and supporting production operations from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities but not limited to: -

Quality Control (QC)

  • Conduct visual QC checks on printed glass products against approved specifications during production.
  • Conduct visual QC checks on sampling, sampling records and ensuring samples are available on the production line.
  • Log and report defects or inconsistencies and liaise with production to resolve issues.
  • Ensure documentation of QC processes and outcomes is maintained.
  • Ensure strict adherence to ISO 9001 quality management systems.
  • Organise and manage screens and positive artworks required for production.
  • Support the Production Manager with operational tasks including checks and workflow coordination.

Customer Account Management

  • Serve as the main point of contact for client accounts.
  • Process orders accurately and efficiently using internal systems.
  • Monitor and manage order progress, liaising between production, logistics, and the customer.
  • Handle client queries, resolve issues promptly, and maintain long-term relationships.
  • Provide timely updates to clients regarding order status, lead times, and delivery schedules.
  • Act as a point of contact for customers on all new sample developments and sample approvals.

Skills & Experience Required

  • Prior experience in a quality assurance, production role or account management role, preferably in a manufacturing or print environment.
  • Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 procedures and compliance.
  • Exceptional attention to detail with a methodical and analytical approach.
  • Strong attention to detail and an eye for visual and physical quality.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, for dealing with internal teams and external customers.
  • Ability to organise and prioritise workloads effectively.
  • Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and Sage.
  • A team player with a proactive attitude and hands-on approach.
