Quality Coordinator (RN) - Inpatient Rehab

Shift Hours: 8HR-Day Shift / 8am - 4pm

Per Diem Rate: $52/hr

We are seeking a Per Diem, Quality Coordinator to join our Quality Management Team at our rehab hospital in Chester, NJ (Morris County). Our services have been designed for patients who need a longer rehabilitation hospitalization for their recovery.

Responsibilities

The Quality Coordinator is responsible for assisting the Director of Quality Management (DQM) with all aspects of the hospital Quality Program. The Quality Coordinator's responsibilities may include data collection/input, analysis and reporting for risk management, quality improvement, survey readiness, infection control, employee health and education.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

  • Valid professional NJ RN License required.

Preferred qualifications

  • 2 years of clinical experience in rehabilitation or acute care preferred.
  • Previous experience with one major area of responsibility preferred (quality improvement, risk management, infection control, or survey readiness).
  • Demonstrates familiarity with accrediting standards, including TJC and CARF preferred.
