Role Description

We are seeking an experienced Quality Coordinator to join our rapidly growing team, playing a key role in the delivery of a major data centre construction project in Finland. The position can be based entirely in-country or involve significant international travel to Finland (11/3 rotations).

Responsibilities

1. Planning and Preparation: Lead Quality Management for the project, act as the interface between the client and contractor teams, organize quality events, and develop the Quality Management Plan in line with specifications.
2. Execution: Ensure stakeholder training and awareness, monitor contractor quality plans, and record quality results promptly.
3. Quality Culture: Promote a culture of quality, and train all operatives and team members on quality practices.

Qualifications & Experience

• Extensive experience as a Quality Manager on major construction projects.
• Experience with data centre or technology projects is preferred but not essential.
• Background in consultancy, general contracting, or client-side roles.
