Job summary

Arcadis is seeking an experienced Quality Coordinator to join a major data centre construction project. You will be based either 100% in country or travel significantly to Norway (11/3 rotations), overseeing CSA activities through construction and handover, reviewing ITPs, and developing QA/QC checklists for BIM 360 use.

Role requires strong interpretation of design information, regulatory knowledge, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience as Quality Manager on major construction projects.
• Experience on data centre/technology projects preferred.
• Experience in consultancy, general contractor or client-side environments.

Responsibilities

• Daily on-site presence overseeing CSA activities throughout construction and handover phases.
• Review and approval of ITPs, check-sheets, etc.
• Develop QA/QC checklists and convert to BIM format for assets in BIM 360.
• Verify ongoing works against benchmarks and project specifications.
• Escalate quality issues to PMC Quality Manager as needed.
• Assist with start-up and commissioning protocols and witness commissioning of systems.
• Sign-off of completed construction works and checks before energisation.
