A leading agricultural consultancy firm is seeking a detail-oriented coordinator for its FBA Quality team. This fully remote role involves ensuring accurate year-end datasets, providing customer support, and maintaining compliance. Ideal candidates will have strong communication and IT skills, with a preference for those interested in the agricultural industry. We are looking for a detail oriented person with a desire to learn new skills to join our FBA Quality team as a coordinator
You will be providing support to the FBA business through ensuring the quick and accurate turnaround of FBA year end datasets as well as providing back-up support to customers and analysts, through whatever means required. You will be responsible for checking and processing year end accounts, quality checking datasets, answering client helpdesk queries, assisting with anti-money laundering compliance, setting up clients for Xero, Figured and Hubdoc and other duties as required.
This role is fully remote with occasional ad-hoc meetings
