Job summary

Attega Group is recruiting a Quality Coordinator on behalf of our client to join their team in Petersfield with one day per week in Havant.

The role focuses on calibration control, internal audits and resolving quality issues across manufacturing sites, with occasional travel to Scotland and Manchester to support audits and documentation.

Qualifications

• Must have previous quality coordination experience from a manufacturing environment.
• Ideally familiar with the auditing process from a manufacturing environment.
• Excellent communication skills and great attention to detail.
• Prepared to travel to Havant one day per week and other sites during audits.

Responsibilities

• Manage the calibration process, keeping equipment records and certificates up to date.
• Coordinate calibration repairs, approve quotations and invoices, and maintain documentation.
• Investigate quality issues, identify root cause, and implement solutions with teams and suppliers.
• Support manufacturing quality by helping resolve production issues and updating quality docs.
• Carry out internal audits across facilities, products, and processes, with travel to sites in Scotland and Manchester.

Quality Coordinator

Salary: £30,000 P/A + benefits

Location: Petersfield / 1 day a week in Havant

Full time | Permanent | Monday to Friday, 37 hours per week

Attega Group is working on behalf of our client as their in-house recruitment provider. We are currently recruiting for a Quality Coordinator to join their team.

The main purpose of this Quality Coordinator role is to support daily with quality activities, including calibration control, internal audits, and quality issues.

• Manage the calibration process, ensuring equipment records and certificates are kept up to date across the business.
• Coordinate calibration repairs, approve quotations and invoices, and keep all related documentation accurate.
• Investigate quality issues, identify the root cause, and work with colleagues and suppliers to put solutions in place.
• Support manufacturing quality by helping resolve production issues and keeping quality documentation up to date.
• Carry out internal audits across facilities, products, and processes, with occasional travel to sites in Scotland and Manchester.
