What will the Quality Coordinator role look like for you?
We are particularly interested in candidates with strong clinical awareness and quality/compliance expertise. The successful candidate will monitor the health and wellbeing of the people we support, ensuring support planning, risk management and clinical oversight align with NICE guidance, best practice and individual needs. Working closely with health professionals, operational managers and MDTs, they will identify changes, elevate concerns and support the monitoring of complex health needs. Strong attention to detail, professional curiosity and the ability to identify emerging risks are essential, alongside experience contributing to root cause analysis and driving continuous improvement.
We are especially keen to hear from individuals with experience as a CQC Registered Manager, Registered Nurse or a similar clinical or regulatory background, who can provide confident challenge, sound judgement and a proactive approach to partnership working.
