Minimum Requirements
- Minimum of Food Safety Level 3 and HACCP Level 2 training

Job Description
- Completion of technical information for internal and external reports.
- Administration of various databases. Ensure Information is generated and logged in a timely and detail-oriented manner.
- Inspect and assess raw materials and finished products against the specification.
- Contribute to customer complaints investigations.
- Audit site production and technical traceability and CCP paperwork, to ensure it is completed to the highest standard and traceability is assured.
- Support generation of quality statements i.e., Certificates of Analysis.
- Calibrate measuring equipment i.e., probes and scales periodically.
- Step up and cover in the absence of Technical Coordinator.
- Complete GMP Audits and contribute to the improvement of site standards.
- Complete Fabrication and Glass and brittle material Audits.
- Accompany pest control personnel when completing inspection on site.
- Collect, store, assess and maintain production and raw material samples database, by collecting samples on delivery, assessing them against specification and maintaining the stock of products in case of an issue arising.
- Collect and prepare samples to be sent to the laboratory for testing.
- Inform when stock of required consumables is low and needs to be ordered.
- Complete allergen rapid testing, arrange the allergen samples and swabs to be sent to lab.
- Complete Environmental control testing by taking various environmental swabs and samples.
- Collect and organise retention library samples, by taking ownership of samples area' organisation and cleanliness.
- Complete internal audits. Examples: Glass, Packaging, Critical Control Points.
- Logging of laboratory samples for micro, nutrition, pesticide and heavy metals, and shelf-life analysis. If outside limits, then ensure relevant personnel is informed and appropriate action is taken.
- Ensure QMS documentation is relevant and request improvement where needed.
- Conduct daily taste panels, record results, and publish to wider teams the results.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Quality Coordinator should have:
- A degree or equivalent qualification in Quality Management or a related field.
- Proficiency in quality assurance software and tools.
- Excellent report writing and presentation skills.
- Strong knowledge of quality standards and best practices within the retail sector.
- Outstanding communication and team coordination skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and an eye for detail.
