Quality Controller - Christchurch

Right now, we're looking for skilled Quality Controllers to join our Christchurch site. Your expertise will contribute to upholding our high quality and food safety standards within our Chicken Plant.

The Opportunity

As a Quality Controller, your role is to check and verify operational activities to ensure compliance with regulations, customer requirements, and Tegel's internal processing and quality guidelines.

Key Responsibilities Include
  • Monitoring production processes and verifying product is in spec
  • Completing GMP inspections and product/environment testing
  • Managing documentation and escalating non-conformances
  • Supporting audits and HACCP activities
What We're Looking For
  • Previous experience in a Quality Controller role or similar position
  • Strong knowledge of GMP and documentation processes
