Are you experienced in fresh produce Quality Control and looking for your next opportunity in a busy, fast-paced environment?

We’re recruiting a Quality Controller to join an established fresh produce operation in Pershore.

This is a great opportunity for someone who takes pride in maintaining high standards, has excellent attention to detail and understands the importance of product quality and food safety.

The Role

As a Quality Controller, you’ll play a key part in making sure products meet the required standards before they are approved for use or dispatch.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Carrying out quality checks on fresh produce
• Inspecting products for quality, appearance and condition
• Identifying and reporting any defects or quality concerns
• Ensuring agreed quality standards and procedures are followed
• Completing QC paperwork and maintaining accurate records
• Communicating quality issues clearly with production and management teams
• Supporting high standards of food safety and hygiene
• Helping to ensure only products meeting the required standards are approved

What We’re Looking For

To be considered, you’ll need:

• Previous fresh produce Quality Control experience
• Strong attention to detail and a good eye for quality
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• A reliable and organised approach to work
• Confidence working in a busy environment
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team

Previous general QC experience would be beneficial.

A HACCP qualification would be an advantage, but it is not essential.
