People Solutions are currently recruiting a Nights Quality Controller to join our well-established client based in Openshaw.

The shift length can vary depending on what suits you better. You can start between 00:00/02:00 and choose from:

• 8-hour shift
• 10-hour shift
• 12-hour shift

Depending on experience, pay will be confirmed at your interview.

Day to Day Duties

As a Quality Controller, your duties will include, but are not limited to:

• Perform quality checks on products at various stages of production to ensure they meet quality standards
• Conduct regular checks to identify trends, defects, and areas for improvement
• Maintain accurate paperwork and reports
• Communicate with production teams to address quality issues and support resolution
• Ensure compliance with HACCP Guidelines and other relevant regulations
• Attend training sessions and stay updated on quality assurance practices and industry standards
• Assist in developing quality control procedures and policies

Skills needed to be a Quality Controller

• Experience in a Quality Control or inspector role
• Knowledge of HAXXP principles and quality assurance methodologies is highly desirable
• Basic English language skills
• Reliable and punctual
• Good communication skills
• Quality Control experience is essential
