Job summary

FMG Repair Services Limited in Gateshead is seeking a skilled Quality Controller to lead the final sign-off of repaired vehicles in our bodyshop. You will review rectification work and ensure every vehicle meets manufacturer and company standards, working closely with the Workshop Controller on administrative duties.

The ideal candidate has proven bodyshop quality control experience, sharp attention to detail, and ideally Level 2/3 automotive qualifications.

• Proven bodyshop quality controller with experience reviewing and signing off vehicle repairs.
• Experience working to manufacturer and company standards.

Responsibilities

• Review and sign off of full rectification and repair of vehicles to manufacturer and company standards.
• Work with Workshop Controller on administrative duties.

We have an exciting opportunity for proven Bodyshop Quality Controller to jointhe UK’s leading Accident and Collision Repair specialists in Gateshead, responsible for the final sign off of repaired vehicles.

As part of a team of specialists you will be responsible for review and sign off of the full rectification and repair of vehicles to - manufacturer and company standards. The successful Bodyshop Quality Controller will have experience within a Bodyshop environment and have a strong eye for detail to identify faults. The experienced Bodyshop Quality Controller will ideally be qualified to Level 2/3 standards in a relevant automotive discipline. You will also working closely with the Workshop Controller assisting them with administrative duties.
