What We're Looking For

We manufacture and deliver products worldwide and aim to ensure they arrive perfectly and on time. To improve our customer experience, we need every part of our supply chain to operate efficiently.

We seek a highly organized and detail-oriented Junior Quality Control Technologist to ensure every product leaving our manufacturers meets our quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure all upholstered products meet internal quality standards before dispatch
  • Log all QC inspections on the designated platform
  • Conduct spot check QC visits at UK and EU manufacturers
  • Report manufacturing defects to manufacturers
  • Submit and follow up on claims for manufacturing defects
  • Maintain all required compliance documentation
